Accounts found to have used false information, engaged in fraud, or violated any platform rules will be suspended or permanently closed with no obligation to refund any remaining balance.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users also agree that they will not:

4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the 81200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking options listed on the platform.
Users are required to use only a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name. Any transaction made using a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account suspension and a hold on funds pending completion of an investigation.
- Deposit: Processed within minutes depending on the chosen payment method. 81200 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
- Withdrawal: Processed within 1 to 3 business days upon successful identity verification. Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious may be subject to additional review.
